Update: Hwy 212 From Olivia to Glencoe Reopened

WILLMAR, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened Highway 212 from Olivia to Glencoe.

It was closed earlier today (Monday) just after 5am due to icy road conditions and multiple crashes and vehicle spin outs as a narrow band of freezing rain came through southern Minnesota overnight which created a challenging morning commute.

The highway was reopened to traffic at about 9 this morning.
