ICE Out of MN: A Day of Truth and Freedom March in Minneapolis

(Learfield News/Minneapolis, MN) — Despite the frigid cold temperatures, today is “ICE out of Minnesota: A Day of Truth and Freedom” which will include a rally and march in Minneapolis.

JaNae Bates Imari of Faith in Minnesota and says the movement has been building. She says, “Hundreds of businesses have already said, have already signed on so have students, so have hundreds of organizations and labor unions, hundreds of faith institutions and communities and we are calling for this to be a day where no one shops, no one goes to school, no one goes to work.”

The march begins at 2 p-m at the Commons in Minneapolis and a rally will follow inside Target Center.
