Invitation to Kandiyohi County Triad Meeting on Senior Safety

The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a TRIAD meeting this Wednesday, (October 15th) with a focus on senior citizen safety.

TRIAD is a partnership between senior citizens, law enforcement, and other community groups dedicated to reducing the fear of crime and criminal victimization.

The meeting is at 10am at the Emergency Operations Center of the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office at 2201 23rd St. NE in Willmar.

The Sheriff’s Office says they’ll have a presentation by members of the C6 Drug and Gang Task Force, as well as some views of their 911 Dispatch Center and other portions of the building.

Attendees will also hear some activity updates and interact with staff.
