J & R SCHUGEL MERGES WITH INTERSTATE PERSONNEL SERVICES TRANSPORTATION

The New Ulm-based J & R Schugel Trucking company has joined Interstate Personnel Services Transportation as of Friday.  J & R Schugel was founded in 1974 and became 100% employee-owned in 2014. Interstate Personnel Services Transportation is also employee-owned.   The combined companies which also features Paschall Truck Lines, Paschall Logistics and Transport Distribution Company, will operate almost two-thousand semis and 6,000 trailers and will focus on dry and refrigerated transportation across the U.S and Mexico.  J & R Schugel’s Facebook post says employees overwhelmingly approved the merger.
