MEMPHIS, TN – Jaren Jackson Jr. delivered a clutch performance with 24 points, including 15 in the fourth quarter, to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a thrilling 108-106 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday. Jackson, who shot 6 of 8 in the final period, also grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked two shots. Desmond Bane contributed 22 points, while Ja Morant added 19 points despite struggling with his shooting (5 of 16 from the field).
For Minnesota, Anthony Edwards led the way with 32 points, and Naz Reid added 29 points, including 15 in the fourth quarter as the Timberwolves fought to hold off the Grizzlies’ surge. Edwards had an opportunity to win the game with a three-pointer in the final moments, but his shot, contested by both Bane and Jackson, missed its mark.
