Joyce Kathleen (Swendra) Thorson, age 85, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Howard Lake, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025.  Funeral service will be Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.  Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Howard Lake Lions Club or St. John’s Lutheran Church of Howard Lake.  Arrangements are with Swanson-Peterson Funeral & Cremation Services of Howard Lake and Cokato.
