Layoffs Likely at General Mills

The company filed a report with the Securities and Exchange Commission this week, stating that it has approved a multi-year global transformation plan.
The initiative is expected to cost the company $130 million by 2028, with $70 million allocated for the current quarter.
General Mills is currently the 37th largest employer in the state, with more than 3,000 employees.
