Loons get win in US Open Cup

(Louisville, KY/Minnesota News Network) — Minnesota United are moving on in the U-S Open Cup following a 1-0 win over Louisville City at Lynn Family Stadium yesterday in Kentucky. Alisa Randell scored the match’s only goal in the 65th minute. The Loons will take on St. Louis City in the Round of 16 in two weeks. Meanwhile, the club returns to regular season action on Saturday against Inter Miami.
