Luce Line Photo Contest Open for Submissions

Submissions are now being accepted for the third annual Friends of the Luce Line West photo contest.

The contest is open to everyone, with up to three photos per person that can be submitted now through November 1st.

Photos can be of landscapes, plants, wildlife, different types of uses, different seasons and so on – but they must be taken along the Luce Line State Trail.

Photos must include the Luce Line State Trail or a recognizable Luce Line State Trail feature in them.

The winner will be announced in November and will be awarded a $50 Visa gift card.

The Friends of the Luce Luce West is a nonprofit group that works to improve, maintain and promote the Luce Line State Trail.

The Luce Line Trail runs from Plymouth to Cosmos, with the western portion through McLeod County from Winsted to Cosmos.
