Lynx Clip Wings

(Learfield News/Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Lynx cruised to a 96-71 win over the Dallas Wings at the Target Center.

The Lynx led by seven at halftime before outscoring Dallas 48-30 the rest of the way.

Napheesa Collier led the way with 25 points, while Natisha Hiedeman chipped in with 20 points and ten assists off the bench.

Minnesota played without all-star Kayla McBride who took the day off to rest.

Hopkins product Paige Bueckers paced the Wings with 17 points in the losing effort. Dallas is at the bottom of the standings at 9-32.

Minnesota is in first place in the WNBA at 32-8.

The Lynx visit the red hot Aces on Thursday.

In other team news, the Lynx signed forward Camryn Taylor to a contract for the rest of the regular season.
