Lynx get back to winning ways
(Los Angeles, CA/Minnesota News Network) — The Minnesota Lynx got back on the winning track on Thursday with a 91-82 win at L-A. The Lynx used a 16-0 run in the second quarter to rally to a ten-point lead at halftime. The lead grew to as much as 27 points in the second half. L-A tried to come back in the fourth quarter but could get no closer than the final margin of nine points. Natisha Hiedeman led the Lynx with 18 points off the bench. Napheesa Collier added 17 points, eight rebounds and five assists, and Courtney Williams added 16 points, five rebounds and seven assists. The Lynx improve to a league-best 18-3. They’re at Chicago tomorrow night.
