Lynx Take On Mercury Today

(Minnesota News Network- Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Lynx take on the Phoenix Mercury this afternoon. The Lynx have the best record in the W-N-B-A at 17-2 after Sunday’s 80-75 win over Chicago at the Target Center. Minnesota got 25 points from point guard Courtney Williams. The Mercury are coming off a 102-72 win over Dallas on Sunday, getting a career-high 36 points from guard Sami Whitcomb, who hit seven shots from three-point range. The Lynx are 2-0 against Phoenix this season with a 74-71 win in Arizona on May 30th and an 88-65 victory on June 3rd in Minneapolis. Tipoff today is at 2:30 P-M.
