Lynx Trade For Player, Add Three In Draft

(Minnesota News Network -Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Lynx had a busy W-N-B-A Draft day. Minnesota traded for Washington Mystics forward Karlie Samuelson yesterday. Minnesota sent a 2026 first-round pick to Washington to complete the deal. The 29-year-old averaged eight-and-a-half points per game with Washington last season. The Lynx drafted Anastasiia Olairi Kosu, Dalayah Daniels, and Aubrey Griffin last night. Kosu is a 19-year old player from Russia, while Daniels comes from the University of Washington and Griffin played college ball at U-Conn.
