Lynx With Nice Road Win

(Minnesota News Network- Brooklyn, NY) — The Minnesota Lynx are on a five-game winning streak following an 83-71 win over the New York Liberty at Barclays Center in Brooklyn yesterday. The Lynx trailed by two at halftime before outscoring New York 47-33 in the second half to earn the win. Minnesota all-star guard Kayla McBride led the way with 18 points, while DiJonai Carrington chipped in with 15 off the bench. Minnesota is in first place in the W-N-B-A at 27-5. New York dipped to 20-11. The same two teams will now play in Minneapolis on Saturday.
