Man Arrested in Renville County for Possession of Child Pornography

A man was arrested in Renville County accused of possesion of child pornography.

The Sheriff’s Office says on Friday, they became aware of a 45-year-old man who had attempted to solicit teens online.

Deputies made contact with the suspect and were made aware that he may possess child pornography. Investigators then verified his phone contained images of what was suspected to be child pornography.

He was booked into the Renville County Jail with charges pending.
