Man Booked for Sexually Assaulting Teenager in Stearns Co

(Learfield News/St. Cloud, MN) — A man is in custody for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Stearns County.

Deputies booked 33-year-old Dillon Wallace on Monday after a search warrant for charges filed last April.

Wallace is accused of sexually assaulting the victim in 2023 when he lived in Albany. The victim told authorities Wallace raped her three separate times, harassed her through calls from different phone numbers, and threatened to hurt her and tell her parents.

Once the investigation began, Wallace began “couch hopping” in Michigan.

He’s due in court at the end of the month.
