Man Charged in NC Mass Shooting Arrested in MN

(Learfield News/Rogers, MN) — A twenty-seven-year-old man arrested in Rogers is wanted for a mass shooting in North Carolina earlier this month.

The North Star Fugitive Task Force says Charles Kincaid is charged with first-degree murder in a June 1st shooting at a party that killed one and injured eleven others.

He will be returned to North Carolina.

The North Star Fugitive Task Force includes the U.S. Marshal’s Service, various Twin Cities law enforcement agencies, ICE, and the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC).
