MAN CHARGED IN RENVILLE COUNTY WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

A Cottonwood man who was arrested in Bird Island on suspicion of child pornography possession has been charged.  45-year-old Travis Jon Olson has been charged with one felony count of possession of child pornography.  The Renville County Sheriff’s Office said they became aware of a man Friday who had attempted to solicit teens online.  Deputies made contact with Olson and found images suspected to be child pornography on his phone.  He was arrested and is currently in the Renville County Jail.
