MAN JUMPS FENCE AT DETOX, CUFFED AND RETURNED

New Ulm Police are investigating after a man reportedly jumped the fence at detox shortly after 7 Thursday evening.  Police located at 20-year-old Hutchinson man who resisted arrest before a 39-year-old man from New Ulm helped the officer handcuff the man and return him to detox.  A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for consideration of an obstructing the legal process charge.
