(Learfield News/New York, NY) The indictment hearing for the man accused in the shooting death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson of Minnesota has been pushed back to February 17th.
The indictment deadline was originally set for January 18th in Manhattan, but federal prosecutors and the defense want more time to prepare for the trial.
