MANKATO MAN CHARGED IN RIVER HILLS MALL INCIDENT
A Mankato man has been charged with six offenses stemming from an incident at River Hills Mall last month. Jason Dulitz has been charged with felony simple robbery, two counts of felony second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, felony harrassment using a dangerous weapon, gross misdemeanor harassment and misdemeanor fifth-degree assault. Officers were called at 8:06 pm January 31 to investigate a disturbance and possible assault. Police say Dulitz was chasing people with a metal flag pole winch crank handle. He also punched a security guard after being told the mall was closed and pushed another security guard. Police found him in a common area.
