Matthew Adrian Hennen
Matthew Adrian Hennen, age 44 of Le Sueur, formerly of Jordan, passed away on November 12,
2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on
Monday, November 17, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle
Plaine, MN. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Kolden Funeral Home in
Belle Plaine, MN from 2-6 P.M., and continued one hour prior to the Mass at church. KC Rosary
will be held at 10 A.M. at the church prior to the Mass. Interment will be held at a later date in
St. John the Baptist Calvary Cemetery, Jordan, MN. Luncheon to follow the Mass at the Belle
Plaine Vets Club. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
Matthew was born on July 22, 1981 in New Prague, MN to Stephen and Joyce (Mellgren)
Hennen. He grew up in Jordan, MN, and graduated from Jordan High School in 1999. Following
graduation, he attended Wyoming Tech. College for 6 months before returning home to
Minnesota.
He married Angie Klehr on February 12, 2005 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jordan,
MN. Together they shared 20 wonderful years of marriage.
Matt held several positions throughout his life, including at Performance Shop, Ames
Construction, and Dalco Auto in Jordan, which he purchased in 2012 and proudly renamed MAH
Auto.
Matthew is survived by his wife, Angie of Le Sueur; parents, Stephen and Joyce Hennen of
Jordan, MN; siblings, Dana (Carl) Nye of Henderson, MN, Lisa Hennen (Ron) of Jordan, MN,
Joseph “Joe” (Holly) Hennen of Shakopee, MN, Anna Willems, and Rick (Eve) Hennen of Belle
Plaine, MN; mother-in-law, Mary (Mark) Willems of Belle Plaine, MN, step mother in law
Linda Klehr of Le Sueur MN, sisters in law Stacy (Jonathan) Wolff of Wood Lake MN, Missy
(Matt) Fahey of Belle Plaine Mn, Holly (Race) Hagen of Hill City MN, brother in law Jason
(Christian) Klehr of Auburn WA; and many, many, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by Father in law Steve Klehr, grandparents Eldred and Elaine Hennen,
John and Evelyn Mellgren
