Meeker County House Fire

A house in Meeker County was destroyed by fire Tuesday night.

At just after 7pm, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a house fire in the 400 block of Luella Street in the City of Watkins.

When deputies arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames.

The house and its contents were a total loss and the cause is under investigation.

No injuries were reported.

The property is owned by Peter and Blanca Lansing.
