MINNESOTA’S WATERFOWL SEASON OPENING SOON

The DNR is reminding hunters that waterfowl season is just around the corner.  The early teal season runs from Saturday, September 6 through Wednesday, September 10 while the early goose season spans September 6th to the 21st.    All hunters age 16 and older must carry a federal duck stamp.  In addition, waterfowl hunters need a small game license, while an early goose permit is no longer required, hunters should note that a small game license is still necessary.
