Missing St. Cloud Teen

Authorities are asking the public for help in locating a teenager that was reportedly last seen at the 180 Degrees Youth Shelter in St. Cloud on April 24.

Fourteen-year-old Cilia Abwoyo Langoya is described as black, 5’3″, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair, but authorities say she may have removed the blonde from her hair.

She may also be wearing an orange bonnet.

Authorities also say she has a history of running away and drug use.
