MLC OLD MAIN PROJECT UNDERWAY
Four people took sledgehammers to bricks at Martin Luther College’s Old Main building to begin the construction process. The 140-year-old staircase in Old Main will be enclosed and the front entrance will be moved to ground level. The project will cost $650,000 and will be done this year. Old Main was built in 1884 and was the sole building for the college’s operations in the early days.
