MN Child Care/Two Thousand Agents

(ABC News/Minneapolis, MN) Minnesota one of 5 Democratic-led states set to lose billions of dollars in funding for child care assistance for low-income families.

That comes as the Trump administration continues to investigate claims of fraud in several childcare facilities from a right-wing viral video posted online.

State authorities have investigated the allegations for years and say investigators have been sent to 9 centers reference in that video last month and children were present at all except one, which was closed for the day.

Still, the Trump administration is ramping enforcement, up to two thousand federal agents could be headed to the Minneapolis area to conduct immigration and fraud investigation.
