MnDOT Hosting Open House for Roundabout Project Near Brownton

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is inviting the public to attend an informal open house this week to learn more about the upcoming Highway 212 Brownton Roundabout Project.

MnDOT will be constructing a roundabout at the Hwy 212 and Hwy 15 intersection near Brownton.

Additionally, resurfacing will be completed at the Hwy 15 and railway intersection to improve the road surface.

Construction is scheduled for 2026.

The open house will be held on Thursday (April 3) at the Brownton Community Center, located at 310 Second Street North, Brownton.

The open house will run from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and the community is invited to stop by at their convenience.

Project staff will be available to discuss the project details, timeline, and answer any questions.
