MOST OF MINNESOTA TO SEE WHITE CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR

Most of Minnesota will have at least an inch of snow on the ground Christmas morning.  Pete Boulay of the State Climatology Office says we had a nice snowpack until the recent warmup.  Boulay says the white Christmas might be a little patchy in places.  The places that will see a white Christmas for sure will be southwest Minnesota, pretty much anybody south and west of the Minnesota River.  Boulay says we had a white Christmas last year following a brown Christmas and an inch of rain in 2023.
