Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Renville Co Crash

A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in Renville County Sunday night south of the city of Renville.

The Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Jacob Haney of Olivia was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.

Authorities say Haney was traveling westbound on County Road 6 navigating a turn when the motorcycle briefly left the roadway causing Haney to lose control and he was then thrown from the motorcycle.

The crash happened just after 9:30pm.
