N-F-C North: Lions Crush Bears

(Minnesota News Network- Detroit, MI) — Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions torched the Chicago Bears 52-21 in N-F-C North action at Ford Field. Goff completed 23-of-28 pass attempts for 334 yards and five touchdowns to help Detroit notch its first victory. Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery combined for 151 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Amon-Ra St. Brown had nine receptions for 115 yards and three TD’s. The Lions are now 1-and-1. Chicago Q-B Caleb Williams was 19-of-30 for 207 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the losing effort. Rome Odunze finished with seven catches for 128 yards and two scores as the Bears dropped to 0-2.
