NBA Summer League: Minnesota 98, New Orleans 91

(Minnesota News Network- Las Vegas, NV) — The Minnesota Timberwolves beat New Orleans in the first game of the N-B-A Summer League on Thursday, 98-91. Rookie Joan Berengeur tied an N-B-A summer league record with seven blocked shots. He also scored eleven points and grabbed eight rebounds. The Wolves play again tomorrow night against Denver, in Las Vegas, with tipoff at 9 p-m.
