NEW ULM WOMAN HURT IN MCLEOD COUNTY CRASH

The state patrol was called to a collision in McLeod County Saturday morning at 11:43.  Authorities say a Nissan Rogue was stopped on northbound Highway 15 waiting for a vehicle in front of them to turn.  A Toyota Prius was also northbound on Highway 15 and collided with the Nissan.  The driver of the Toyota, 24-year-old Hikaru Nakagawa of New Ulm was taken to Hutchinson Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Neither occupant of the Nissan, both Hayfield residents, were hurt.  Brownton Fire and Ambulance along with the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
