New Ulm’s First Cannabis Vendor Hopes to Open by April

New Ulm Police Commander Dean Barstad said authorities recently toured the cannabis retail facility in downtown New Ulm to see retail, storage and security matters.    The facility will open once product is available.  It should be operating by April.   Barstad explained the legalization of Marijuana in Minnesota and what that means for individuals.
