Newsman Stan Turner Dies

A newsman familiar to generations of Minnesotans has died.

Stan Turner passed away Sunday at the age of 81 after a battle with cancer.

Turner was a fixture in news for more than four decades with KSTP TV and the Minnnesota News Network.

In 2009, Turner was honored with induction into the Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
