North Dakota Man Arrested For DUI Following Train vs Pickup Crash

One person was injured after they allegedly struck a train Tuesday in West Fargo. 

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Shane Rabenberg (34) “drove the wrong way and struck the train” as it moved across 12 Avenue Northeast. Officials say crossing arms were down and several vehicles were stopped at the crossing at the time of the crash reported just before 11:30am. 

The pickup was dragged approximately 100 feet and came to rest along the railroad tracks. The driver was transported to Sanford Hospital with unspecified injuries and was later charged with DUI.
