North Dakota Woman Dies in Wright Co Crash

A North Dakota woman died in a four-vehicle rear-end crash involving an SUV, pickup, car, and a semi in Wright County Wednesday evening.

The State Patrol says 69-year-old Susan Rintoul of Minot, North Dakota died at the scene. She was a passenger in the SUV driven by 71-year-old Richard Rintoul, also of Minot. He, along with the drivers of the pickup and car were taken to local hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

The Patrol says all four vehicles were traveling eastbound on I-94 in Monticello when the crash happened shortly before 7:30pm.
