One Injured in Kandiyohi County Crash

A passenger was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Kandiyohi County Saturday evening east of Willmar.

The State Patrol says 43-year-old Esteban Ortiz of Windom was taken to Willmar Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Asanett Hernandez of Windom. He was not injured.

The Patrol did not release any information on the occupants of the other vehicle.

The crash happened on Highway 12 at 41st Street NE just before 6:30pm.
