One Injured in Meeker Co Crash

A Litchfield man was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Meeker County Friday morning involving an SUV and semi west of Kingston.

The State Patrol says 40-year-old Fredy Lumbi-Galeano was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. He was traveling northbound on 315th Street.

The driver of the semi, 41-year-old Joshua Grotewold of Sioux Falls, SD, was traveling eastbound on Highway 24 when the collision occurred just before 6:30am. He was not injured.
