“Operation Dry Water” Enforcement on Minnesota Lakes and Rivers
(Learfield News/Spring Park, MN) — The Minnesota DNR is stepping up water patrols this Fourth of July weekend to crack down on drunken and drugged boating.
Lieutenant Eric Sullivan warns, “If you’re under the influence and operating a boat or vehicle, we will find you. There are no warnings and no second chances. You will be arrested.”
He says they want to make sure people are being safe and making smart choices.
“Operation Dry Water” kicks off tomorrow (Fri) and runs through Sunday.
