Patricia M. Clemens, age 89 of Shakopee, MN, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, MN.

Pat is survived by her loving husband, Don; daughter, Tyanne (Ken) Breimhorst; sons, Keith (Sandy), Kevin (Jill), Mike, and Al (Cherry); grandchildren, Kyle Breimhorst, Bre (Tim) von Neupert, Kelly (Jake) Theis, Katey (Tony) Paumen, Brittney (James) Boys, Samantha (Jerod) Lennox, Heather Cameron; great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Laura, Victor, Julia, Keegan, Claire, Logan, Nora, Emma, Charlee, and Jaxon. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Mary; parents, Leonard and Helen Siebenaler; and daughter-in-law, Deb.

Visitation Friday, May 3, 2024, from 9-10:30 AM, at McNearney- Schmidt Funeral and Cremation, 1220 3rd Ave. East, Shakopee; followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM, at The Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne, in the Church of St. Mark, 350 Atwood St. South, Shakopee. Interment Catholic Cemetery. Luncheon will be held in the Social Hall at Marystown Catholic Church, 15850 Marystown Rd., Shakopee.
