Perich reportedly leaving Gophers

(Minneapolis, MN/Minnesota News Network) — One of the Gophers top defensive players could be leaving the program. Multiple media outlets are reporting that safety Koi Perich is entering the transfer portal. Perich has played in every Gophers game since joining as a true freshman in 2024. He had one interception, one sack, and 82 tackles for Minnesota last season.
