Philip Franklin

Philip Franklin, age 78, of Appleton, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Appleton Care Center in Appleton.  A private family celebration of life will be held.  Arrangements are with the Wing-Bain Funeral Home of Montevideo.
