Public Telescope Viewing Friday Night

The UMN Morris physics discipline and Physics Student Club invite you to a public telescope viewing on Friday, Oct. 24 beginning at 7:30 p.m. as part of Family Weekend on campus.

Comet Lemmon, a waxing crescent moon, and Saturn dominate interest. Andromeda Galaxy might be a viable option.

Please note that the weather conditions can influence observing. Check z.umn.edu/UMMtelescope for updated information two hours before your visit.

To find the UMN Morris Observatory, please enter the Science Building through the doors to the west lot (Science Parking Lot off East 2nd Street) and take the stairs or elevator to the fourth floor.
