REDWOOD COUNTY CRASH INJURES ONE

The state patrol was called to a crash between a Buick Enclave and a semi on eastbound Highway 14 and County Road 6 in Redwood County.   A Buick Enclave driven by 65-year-old Ricky Hammerschmidt of Lamberton and a semi driven by 33-year-old Gary Beesecker of Houston, MN collided.  Hammerschmidt was taken to North Memorial with non-life threatening injuries.  Beesecker and his passenger 31-year-old Jesse Jonsgaard of Winona weren’t hurt.  Lamberton police, fire and ambulance, the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office and CentraCare ambulance assisted at the scene.
