Wrestling:

Big South Championsip goes to Marshall, the Tigers defeat New Ulm 34 to 24.

Section Girl’s Hockey:

Section 2A Semi-finals:

River Lakes advances to the finals with a 4 to 0 win over Hutchinson and Willmar shuts out Minnesota River 2 to 0. River Lakes and Willmar play Friday night at 7:30pm at Gustavus.

Section 3A Semi-finals:

Marshall hangs on to defeat New Ulm 2 to 1 and Luverne defeats Fairmont 6 to 1. Marshall and Luverne will play Thursday night, 7:30pm at Gustavus.

College Men’s Basketball:

Gustavus stays atop the conference with a 104 to 75 win over Bethel, UW/Superior defeats Martin Luther 78 to 72 and Bethany Lutheran was a 72 to 50 winner over Northland.

College Women’s Basketball:

Gustavus picks up a 73 to 61 road win over Bethel and UW/Superior defeats Martin Luther 70 to 63.

College Men’s Hockey:

Gustavus completes the series sweep over  St John’s 3 to 0.

College Women’s Hockey:

Gustavus completes the series sweep over St Benedict with a 6 to 0 win.
