Rockets Defeat Wolves
The Timberwolves, playing without Anthony Edwards, lost at Houston on Friday night, 110-105. The Wolves led by as many as 12 points in the first half, but eight turnovers in the fourth quarter and 15 missed free throws in the game led to Houston pulling out the win. Coach Chris Finch on the 15 missed free throws.
Julius Randle scored 39 points to lead Minnesota, while Naz Reid added 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Edwards sat out for the second-straight game with a foot injury. While the Wolves lost, they did reach 100 points again — something they have now done for 100-straight games. Minnesota is back in action again tonight, at San Antonio.
