Ronnie Milsap Biopic In The Works

Actor Spencer Boldman will play country music legend Ronnie Milsap in a new biopic about the blind star. The film will be based on his autobiography “Almost Like a Song.”

Boldman prepared for the role by spending time with Milsap at his Nashville home. The singer gave Boldman his blessing to portray him and Milsap will also serve as a producer on the film.

“It is an honor for me to help execute Ronnie’s incredible story as well as portray him in the film. Having personally spent time with this living legend and get his blessing, is a gift. I can’t wait to make him and his fans proud,” Boldman said in a statement.
