School Safety Discussion Planned for St. Cloud

(St. Cloud, MN) – A state lawmaker is inviting community leaders and residents to come together to discuss school safety in St. Cloud. D-F-L Senator Aric Putnam will join the the St. Cloud police chief, superintendent of schools and a mental health expert for a panel discussion Wednesday night at St. Cloud Tech High School. Senator Putnam says he would like residents to share their perspectives, ask questions and exchange in open dialogue on how to keep schools and communities safe. The event comes following the mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.
