New Ulm improves to .500 on the season, also in the Big South-Waseca edges St Peter 79 to 77, St James defeats Pipestone 76 to 63, Fairmont was a 53 to 46 winner over Blue Earth, Marshall defeats Worthington 61 to 42 and Windom holds off Redwood Valley 73 to 68. Tomahawk Finals-St Mary’s defeats Cathedral 68 to 49, Lester Prairie was a 61 to 44 winner over Sleepy Eye, Springfield hands Wabasso their first loss 74 to 72 and GFW was a 96 to 62 winner over Cedar Mountain. South Central scores- MVL was a 73 to 44 winner over St Clair and LCWM defeats Sibley East 74 to 45. Valley scores-Nicollet defeats Cleveland 88 to 63, Madelia was a 64 to 54 winner over Loyola. Red Rock scores-Red Rock Central defeats Adrian/Ellsworth 72 to 60, RTR was a 56 to 41 winner over Westbrook/Walnut Grove and SW Minnesota Christian defeats Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey 88 to 32. West Central wins big over BOLD 73 to 39.
Girl’s Basketball:
Big South results-New Ulm defeats Tri City United 75 to 68, St peter was a 63 to 52 winner over Waseca, St James outscores Pipestone 91 to 85, Fairmont picks up a 90 to 43 win over Blue Earth, Marshall blows out Worthington 89 to 16 and Redwood Valley defeats Windom 89 to 41. Tomahawk scores-Sleepy Eye defeats Lester Prairie 57 to 48, the game on SAM heard Springfield defeating Wabasso 59 to 50 and Cedar Mountain picks up a 77 to 31 win over GFW. A Valley score-Martin County West defeats Alden/Conger/Glenville/Emmons 43 to 35, non-conference games-Nicollet gets a 57 to 44 road win over Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey, GHECML/Truman defeats USC 43 to 35 and Belle Plaine was a 72 to 69 winner over St Clair. Westbrook/Walnut Grove picks up a 54 to 40 conference win over SW Minnesota Christian.
Wrestling:
Marshall wins a duel meet over LCWM Area 47 to 19 and Quad County was a 54 to 21 winner over Springfield. In Redwood falls-Wabasso defeats Redwood Valley 39 to 27 and the Cardinals pick up wins over Worthington 51 to 24 and Goodhue 33 to 32.Red Rock Central drops three matches, losing to BOLD 45 to 30, St Clair/Loyola 41 to 33 and Windom/Mountain Lake 48 to 25.

New Ulm gets a non-league win over Litchfield/Dassel/Cokato 8 to 4, Mankato East defeats Minnesota River 4 to 1, Luverne shuts out Fairmont 14 to 0 and Marshall defeats Windom 3 to 1.
Girl’s Hockey:
Luverne shuts out Fairmont 8 to 0.
